1. How Do I  pay for my item?

For Ebay Winners, please wait for our Auctionhelper Invoice system to send you a link to your invoice that has been created for you. After receipt of the email, please click on the link and fill in your information and payment type. Please Note: If you have already paid for your item Via Billpoint or Paypal we still ask you to fill in your address on the Auctionhelper Invoice but it will not be necessary for you to enter a Credit Card number. If you have not used Billpoint or Paypal and wish to pay with a credit card directly please enter your Credit Card in the Secure location on the form. Please note that we do accept cashiers checks and  money orders, but we do not accept personal checks. 

If this item is from Ubid,Yahoo,or any other location or site please use the information provided to you by our Marketplace Manager System to enter your payment info.

If none of these pertain to you or you are having trouble with a payment link, please enter your payment info using this form ISS CORP SECURE PAYMENT or call in your payment at 1-800-799-7022.
 

2. How Long Does It Normally Take  To Receive My Item(s)?

We Process orders M-F and most orders will be processed and shipped within 5 days after we receive payment. Expect 7-14 Business days or less delivery time. If there is any reason why we cannot send your item within this time frame we will send you an email with an explanation.
 

3. How Can I Track  My Item?

As soon as we ship your item to you we will send a tracking number via email with instructions how to track your package. If you have used a PO Box or Military Address such as PPO,APO,etc we will have to use USPS and will not be able to send a tracking number to you. Please always provide us with a physical address whenever possible!

    5. How can I Pay  You with Paypal?

    6. What is Billpoint  and how does it work?

    Billpoint is a payment service that is owned by EBAY, it is easy to use and we accept these type of payments on mostly all of our Ebay auctions. You can get more info about billpoint here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/buyerguide/bp-buyer.html

    7. I Wish  to pay by money order how do I do this?

    Simply send the money order or cashiers check to us for the item you won and include the stated shipping and insurance  as well.
    Important: You must include the Item Number from the Auction or Online Store item number as well as a description of the product you won, quantity won or purchased, and all shipping info that we will need. Also, you must include your email address so we can email a tracking number to you. Our address is:

    Note: all payment for items must be received by Internet Sound Solutions before we can ship the product to you. This also relates to Auction winners as well. Please note:  We also do not do C.O.D.'s at this time. In other words, If you Clicked "Buy Item" on our store and selected cashiers check or money order as your payment type we will ship your item when your payment arrives at our location.

    8. What do you charge to ship a product to me  and is insurance extra?

    All of our items for sale on Ebay have fixed shipping amounts stated in the Ebay ad itself and insurance is included in that amount at no extra charge. If the item is on our online store the shipping amount is calculated based on the weight of the product and your Zip code and will be shown to you before you press the send final order button. If you buy more than one of a product on an Ebay auction, there will be a shipping discount for the second or third item purchased.

    9. What method  of shipping do you normally use and can I get faster shipping?

    We ship items as quickly as possible and use UPS Ground Service. We have found that UPS Ground does a great job and will normally deliver the item to you in less than14 days after we receive payment. If you require a faster method of shipping please call us M-F 9-5:30 PST at 1-800-799-7022 to discuss shipping rates for  2-Day,3-day,etc.. Please note: We do charge a rush fee for this since normally we take up to 3 days to prepare item to ship. (The rush fee will be based on a case by case basis and can sometimes be waived).

    10. What is your  Return Policy?

    We offer a 30 day exchange warranty. If any item is found to be defective within 30 days you will need to obtain an RMA number by emailing carloscmt@pacbell.net or calling 1-800-799-7022. Just about all of our products also have the MFG warranty as well. If you have received an item that appears to be defective, please double check the manual and try your best to get it working. If it still does not work, please obtain an RMA number from CMT so that we can  exchange the product for you. (Please Note: You must include  The RMA Number that you obtained from CMT, Your Return Address, Your Email Address, Your Phone Number, A Copy Of Your Receipt, and a note describing the problem.) If you do not have your receipt you must still include all other info that is stated. Please make sure and send the item to:

    No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. 

    Our Customers will have 30 days from receipt of item to call us regarding a manufacturer's defect. Within that time you are requested to please contact us to describe the nature of the problem, we will advise you as to how and where to reship the item. In this case, you will pay for the return shipment and we will pay for the shipping back to you.

    11. What other items do you sell? Can you get a specific item? 

    Please check out our Website to get the best deals! We try to add new items to it frequently so keep coming back to it to find the latest deals! If you do not see it in our auctions or on our store then we do not carry it at this time but may in the future..

    12. I saw an auction running but don't want to wait, can I buy it now? 

    We run multiple quantities of most items on the auction sites and if you can't wait we can sell it to you right away if we have it in stock. If you need something right away, I also have a link to the store right above this text to the upper left.
    Or, If you have already Bid and want to Pay Early that is fine but please make sure and include the item number and your registered Ebay email address with tthe payment.  Please note: This info is only for multiple Quantity (Dutch) auctions. We will not end single auctions early. You can Buy most items directly at: www.cmttrading.com

    13. Do You Leave Positive Feedback For Your Buyers? 

    Yes, we are using the AuctionHelper system for our invoicing which will leave you a positive feedback on eBay when we mark your invoice Paid. Please remember to leave us a positive feedback as well. If you feel any reason at all to leave us a negative comment please give us at least 1 week to resolve the issue with you before doing so! We will work with all buyers to resolve any problems should they occur.

    14. Hey, I sent My Payment 3 days ago did you get it yet?

    If you are choosing to pay with Money Order or Cashiers Check.  we have no problem at all with this but please realize it does take longer than Paypal, Billpoint, or Credit Cards. Please allow at least 7 days to pass so that the mail carrier can deliver it to us and we can process the info into our system.  Also, please make sure and give usthe following information: Auction Number, Item Description, Amount Of Items Purchased, Return Address, and your email address; and if at all possible include a copy of the payment request email or invoice that was sent to you. Your email address and the item number allows us to send you a UPS tracking number and leave you a positive feedback. In this manner you will know we received your payment and the item is on the way.  If you forgot to include this info you must let us know ASAP by emailing us using this link: mailto:sales@cmttrading.com?subject=I Forgot To Include My Payment Details this link will  include the phrase: "I Forgot To Include My Payment Details" in the subject line of the email.
    Otherwise we may have to send you a letter asking you for this info and it will delay the process even further.
    Note: We currenlty Do Not Accept Personal Checks.

    15. I paid for an item but was sent the wrong one, what should I do? 

    If this happened please call us at 1-800-799-7022 and we will work with you to resolve this and get the proper item sent to you as soon as possible.

    16. If I pay with a Credit Card can you send it to another address? 

    Please be aware, we are only authorized to ship to your billing address when funds are submitted in the form of a credit card payment, Billpoint, or Paypal payment.
     

    17. Can I come to your location and pick up an item if I know what I want? 

    We do not have a retail storefront but if you won an item or know the item you need from our website, you can call 1-800-799-7022 M-F 10-5 to arrange a time to come to our location and pay for your item. Click here to see a map of our location CMT MAP

    18. What is a Dutch Auction? 

    Bidders specify both a bid price and the quantity they want to buy.
    All winning bidders pay the same price per item—which is the lowest successful bid.
    If there are more buyers than items, the earliest successful bids get the goods.
    Higher bidders are more likely to get the quantities they've asked for.
    Proxy bidding is not used in Dutch Auctions.

    19. Do you sell wholesale to dealers at a discounted or large qty rate? 

    If you see an item that we are selling multiple quantities of and wish to purchase 6 or more of an item we can work with you to offer you a discount on the price and a combined shipping rate as well.     20. My item was Lost or Damaged in Shipping what should I do? 

    We are sorry that this has happened, normally our shipping company does a great job getting the items out to our customers.  In the event of a theft or damaged item during shipping, you are advised to hold any evidence on your property until a claim has been placed with the freight company.  If the evidence of a theft has been tampered with, all claims will be cancelled and CMT  will not be responsible for replacement of the item.
